Punch Through Stress: Boxing & Wellness Workshop

Boxing Basics: Learn fundamental boxing techniques including punches, footwork, and defensive maneuvers under the guidance of professional boxer Luke Boyd.

Wellness Integration: Incorporate mindfulness and breathing exercises to enhance focus, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity both during and after boxing sessions.
